Analytical study of the Accountancy Practices in the West Bank and Gaza
The World Bank Middle East & North Africa Financial Management Unit hired Solutions to conduct an analytical study. Solutions analysed the main financial management needs and the adequacy of the quantity and quality of accountancy professionals available to meet the needs of Palestinian Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises MSMEs. Solutions conducted a random sample survey that included 600 MSMEs and a number of focus groups and interviews with stakeholders all over the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
Impact Assessment – 2005
In support of the World Bank’s implementation of a $250 million Emergency Social Support Project, Solutions prepared a Completion Report that included an assessment of the potential outcomes and impact of this fund. The assessment also provided support to various stakeholders, including the Ministries of Health, Higher Education, Social Affairs, and Local Government.
