In its efforts to empower eight women groups in Palestine, ActionAid hired Solutions to conduct capacity assessments. These assessments entailed a full analysis of each group’s structural, managerial, financial, marketing, and overall internal capacity, as well as individual capacities, skills, and competencies. Solutions also tested the economic/market viability for a number of specific products and services. ActionAid relied on Solutions’ assessments and market mapping to create economic and social empowering projects and activities for each group.
