Solutions conducted a study to understand the minimum requirements and procedures needed to recognize quality seal for the Palestinian olives and olive oil. It is believed that a quality seal enhances consumer understanding of the real values behind the product and help producers gain better positioning in the targeted market. From the production side, quality seal instigates continuous motivation to comply with certain quality measures and parameters.
