Assigned by the German Government and through the GIZ, Solutions led the institutional and financial assessment team for the Cinema Jenin Association Palestine, representing the main cultural centre in Jenin. Solution provided recommendations to the German and Palestinian governments on further steps that can help the Cinema in leading the cultural scene in Jenin Governorate. Solutions utilized the Results Model based on PEST and SWOT analysis to reach a causality sequence and suggested improvement intended steps.
