Solutions was hired by AFC International – Bonn to assess the possibilities of establishing a debt advice center in Palestine. 

Solutions explored the market to identify the interests of stakeholders such as the Palestine Monetary Authority, and the Palestinian Banking and Microfinance Sector. The study further assessed the interests, capacities and willingness to cooperate; of different stakeholders in the set-up of a Debt Advice Center (DAC). Accordingly Solutions developed recommendations concerning the possible establishment of the Debt Advice Center, in terms of organizational structure, and explored the availability of possible of financing and legal aid for this set-up.
