Assessment and Recommendations on Solid Waste Management –  2008

Within the GTZ’s Local Governance & Civil Society Development Program, Solutions provided financial and institutional consultancy services toward improving the capacities of the municipalities of Ramallah, Al-Bireh, and Beitunia in primary waste collection.  Solutions studied the current status of waste management, investigated various primary collection options, and developed an implementation and monitoring plan to support the best option.

Small Enterprise Centre, Business Plan and Market Assessment – 2009

Solutions developed a business plan for the Small Enterprise Centre, which included market assessment and product development, a marketing strategy and sales forecast, organizational strategy and planning, production plan, financial plan, and an organizational profile.  This effort resulted in a well-structured, 3-year strategy comprehensive business plan.
