Benefitting the Palestinian Banking and Non-Banking Financial Sectors: Farmers and Food Producers, Credit Officers at Banks and Microfinance Institutions
Solutions managed and implemented one of Expanded and Sustained Access to Financial Service Program ESAF main activities aiming to increase the value and volume of agricultural financing services within the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Solutions partnered with four Palestinian financial institutions (Bank of Palestine, Cairo Amman Bank, Al-Quds Bank, and Palestine for Credit and Development – Faten), and developed benchmarking factsheets, in-depth value chain analysis, developed and implemented training sessions, and one-on-one technical assistance for loan officers from all four institutions.
ESAF was funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Academy for Educational Development AED.
