As part of the CHF’s Technical Assistance & Training Program, and the Loan Guarantee Facility (LGF) project, Solutions conducted three sub-sector studies to facilitate access to finance. This was done to assist loan officers with their reviews and analysis of loan applications, structuring and underwriting of loans to better meet the cash flow requirements of borrowers while mitigating associated credit risks. Solutions also conducted three market assessments to provide comprehensive datasheets and underwriting models to be utilized by banks’ loan officers in the poultry, auto-rental and auto-leasing, and construction subsector.
