The ultimate objective of the project was to conduct a capability analysis of the potential for international companies to outsource their business to Palestine. Solutions added value to the project in terms of assessing the Youth Employment Services Platform (YES) and identifying the type of training and technical assistance required to create opportunities for outsourcing services and talents from SMEs based in Palestine. Solutions also identified the start-up incubation required in the IT and service industries.
