The Palestinian Network for Small and Microfinance

The Microfinance Centre MFC, is a Polish based network of over one hundred microfinance institutions MFIs. MFC contracted Solutions to consult and advise Sharakeh and its 11 MFIs members to introduce social performance diagnostics, measurement tools, and developing a country wide benchmark study. Solutions led the introduction of the social performance management process into structures, policies, and procedures within the eleven member MFIs.
