Solutions developed a three-year strategic plan and conducted a full institutional building exercise with Tamer by reviewing and reinventing their internal managerial structure. The plan also covered their functional role map, detailed job descriptions, capacity building requirements, financial manual, and the detailed 3-years functional plan.
