Tala Shamali graduated from Birzeit University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature/ Minor in Translation and started her career as an Intern of Tetra Tech DPK in Palestine. Following this, Tala joined VFS global as a visa officer, in which she provided assistance to EU Consultants through ensuring due diligence for the visa application process and led the maintenance and updating process for the databases related to the visa section.
After that, Tala joined Massar International Company as an HR and Office Manager where she developed a deep understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Tala joined Solutions for Development Consulting Company in January 2023 to work in dual roles of administration and human resources because she believes in the power of creating positive work environments and facilitating the growth of both individuals and organizations. As an administrator, she appreciates the importance of seamless operations and the impact they have on an organization's overall success. Simultaneously, her passion for human resources stems from the desire to foster a workplace culture where employees are valued, motivated, and provided with opportunities to thrive.
