Prior to Joining Solutions for Development Consulting, Mohammad was working for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a Corporate Finance Consultant where he was exposed to various projects around the Middle East in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, health, hospitality and real estate sectors. His work revolved mainly around the following:
· Draft business plans;
· Business valuations;
· Conduct financial due diligence; and
· Conduct financial feasibility studies
Mohammed worked directly with key investors, local and international government agencies and private equity groups on structuring and analyzing various infrastructure projects in the MENA region. His well-rounded experience in business consultancy not only ensures the feasibility of projects, but also crystalizes critical aspects of projects that are vital for taking into consideration in the Palestinian volatile market.
Furthermore, Mohammad draws on his professional experiences and expertise to determine best practices, this also entails presenting conclusions and recommendation concerning complex matters to internal and external stakeholders. His professional Corporate Finance experience stems from working closely with clients on meeting the desired financial targets, creating investment capital, generating finance from shares and loans to assessing and predicting financial risks and return.
Mohammad holds an Msc in Accounting and Financial Management from Hertfordshire University in the UK and is currently a CPA Australia Associate Member.
